Everything about buying tickets, wallet passes, and getting through the gate on match day.
Pick an event, choose your ticket type, and pay online - no account needed. Your ticket arrives by email as a QR code with a printable PDF; show the QR at the gate and you're in. One scan per ticket.
It depends on the event. Some are general access - one ticket, no seating arrangement. Stadium fixtures sell by stand (Grand, East, North, South). Bigger events add VIP and VVIP tiers with hospitality. Whatever the organiser set up is what you'll see on the event page, with the price next to each option.
Your ticket admits you to a stand or access area, not a numbered seat - sit anywhere within it.
On the sign-in page tap 'Forgot password'. We email a 6-digit PIN to your address; enter it with a new password and you're back in. The PIN expires in 15 minutes and works once.
Community pricing: general stands from R20, and no ticket ever costs more than R50. A flat R2 booking fee is added per ticket.
Yes. Your ticket email includes Add to Google Wallet and Add to Apple Wallet buttons, and the same options appear when you view your ticket on the site or in My Tickets. The pass carries your QR, stand and event details, so it works at the gate even offline.
Gates keep working offline. Stewards download the ticket list beforehand, your QR is verified on the spot, and check-ins sync automatically when the network returns.
Yes - sign in and open My Tickets for every ticket you've bought, with its QR, a PDF download, wallet buttons, and live check-in status. Every ticket is stored against the account or email that bought it.
No. Once you're signed in, checkout is prefilled with the name, email and mobile number on your account, and anything new you enter is remembered for next time. You can still edit any field for a particular booking.
Show your QR (from email, wallet pass, PDF, or the site) at the gate. A steward scans it and it's checked in - each QR works exactly once, so screenshots that were already scanned won't get a second person in.
Refunds and transfers are handled by the event organiser - their name is on the event page. Contact them with your booking reference (it starts with VG-).
